When your business is growing, one location is usually not enough to manage operations and stay close to customers. But setting up multiple offices presents a daunting task for the management: How to keep the team connected and organized while not sharing an office?
Clinic Hunter was facing the same challenge. The company operates out of two offices in Poland – one in Warsaw and one in Lublin. Understanding the importance of sharing organizational knowledge, the team was looking for a tool to help them stay informed and aligned.
